Meet The Broker
John Fagan, founder of Superior Realty Partners, majored in Psychology from San Jose State University where he competed in NCAA Division I baseball for the Spartans. He was a member of the 2000 College World Series team that finished seventh in the nation. He captained the team in 2001 and holds the career homerun record for the Spartans. He went on to play six years of professional baseball for the Houston Astros organization. In 2004, while still playing professional baseball, he began his Real Estate career. John Fagan is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), ePRO, Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS) and Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS). He is a member of the National, California, Santa Clara County and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors.
